In the CRM-Area of aranexCampus, your complete, internal college activity is portrayed. Our modern college information system offers rapid information about users, students, exam results, seminars, room occupation and other central management activities at your college.

The integration of the entire acquisition phase was important to us. You are kept informed all the time about the state of communications regarding interested parties and students. You know when documents were sent off to the people in question. And you are of course reminded to show interest by asking whether the documents have actually arrived.

With the “History Function”, aranexCampus makes itself responsible for the documentation of all operations concerned with people. The entries take place automatically. Additional information can of course be amended at any time.

 


Highlights

Enrolment management: the students enrol online on the Intranet for the seminars and courses at your college. With the enrolment, all events that are relevant for the particular student are automatically notified. With the enrolments, the study requirements are checked and the number of free places in a seminar are also taken into account. An additional function guarantees automatic promotion of the following students in the ranking.
